Our Services

Lamas Moving Company provides moving help in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas, including apartment and home moving, loading and unloading, furniture delivery, packing, office relocation, and related services.

Quotes & Pricing

• Standard service starts at $138 per hour for two professional movers, with a two-hour minimum.
• Truck service and fuel charges may apply depending on the move.
• A quote request is not a confirmed booking. All pricing and availability are confirmed by us before your move date.
• The final cost may change if the actual move differs from what was described — for example, additional items, stairs, or time required.

Booking & Cancellation

• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm your date and time by phone, text, or email.
• Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, access issues, or events outside our control, but we will communicate with you promptly.

SMS Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive informational and occasional promotional text messages from Lamas Moving Company regarding your moving inquiry, quotes, appointments, service updates, and special offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from Lamas Moving Company.
• Your participation in our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your move, including addresses, access (stairs/elevator), and inventory.
• Ensure the pickup and destination locations are accessible and, where required, that you have permission (e.g., elevator reservations, parking).
• Secure or set aside valuables, documents, and fragile items you prefer to handle yourself.

Care & Liability

We take care with your belongings and wrap and protect furniture as part of our service. Our liability for damage or loss is limited to the scope of the work performed and the value of the items involved, in line with the service you selected. Please report any concerns at the time of the move so we can make it right.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamas Moving Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
